Job summary

Our Lady of the Snows School (Methven) Canterbury is seeking a Part-time 0.6 FTE Certificated Teacher to join our state-integrated Catholic primary school (Years 0–8). The teaching position will be in either the junior (Years 0–3) or senior (Years 4–8) classroom, depending on staffing.

The successful candidate will build positive relationships, support our CARE values, and participate in religious instruction appropriate to the school’s Catholic character.

Our Lady of the Snows School is a state-integrated Catholic primary school (Years 0–8) in Methven . We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and committed teacher to join our small, welcoming rural school community .

This is a tagged Schedule 6, Clause 47 position . A willingness and ability to participate in religious instruction appropriate to the special character of the school is a condition of appointment.

The teaching position will be within either our junior classroom (Years 0–3) or senior classroom (Years 4–8), depending on our final 2027 staffing structure.
