We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking an experienced Educational Support Assistant for Dudley College of Technology. This term-time only role requires candidates to have at least two years of experience assisting learners with various special educational needs and disabilities.

£10,855 - £11,180 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Educational Support Assistants to join our cross-college support team. The successful applicants will have a minimum of two years’ experience supporting learners with a range of complex special educational needs and disabilities including sensory impairments, autism and challenging behavior.

You will be passionate about promoting independence and enabling learners with special educational needs and disabilities to achieve and progress. Experience of providing personal care would be an advantage.
