Our client, a leading global private investment firm, is seeking an NQ with a Corporate seat to join their dynamic legal team on a temporary basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a variety of critical legal, corporate governance, and restructuring tasks within a fast-paced, international environment.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in areas such as fund management, regulatory compliance, transactional support, and ideally some exposure to restructuring or insolvency matters — gained either in a top-tier law firm or within an in-house legal department.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with fund formations
  • Maintaining corporate governance documentation
  • Managing compliance obligations
  • Supporting the team on complex corporate transactions
  • Assisting with restructuring initiatives and insolvency-related matters as needed
