• Strong knowledge of front-office and back-office retail processes.
• Proven track record in multi-country, multi-brand projects.

• Perform functional analysis and design for XStore and SIOCS.
• Configure, test, and support go-live and post-go-live phases.
• Deliver user training and manage change adoption.
