Overview

Job Description: Responsible for all marketing activities in Eastern Europe, including but not limited to branding, channel co-marketing, product marketing, and communication.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the PV module market dynamics, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem within Eastern Europe; develop and execute localized marketing strategies aligned with regional market needs and the company's overall strategy.
  • Lead product launch campaigns, seasonal promotions, and targeted marketing initiatives for the Eastern European markets.
  • Establish and deepen joint-marketing partnerships with distributors and key partners across Eastern Europe; leverage their digital and physical channel resources to effectively enhance the visibility and preference for the AIKO brand and modules. Provide comprehensive marketing support to partners and collaborate closely with Business Development teams to drive sales growth.
  • Plan and execute regional brand events, industry trade shows, technical seminars, and customer engagement activities in Eastern Europe to boost brand presence and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the global brand team and European Marketing HQ to ensure consistency in brand messaging, marketing communications, and PR activities across the Eastern Europe region. Identify, evaluate, and onboard optimal local communication and marketing service partners for effective implementation.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience in the European market, with specific experience in Eastern Europe being a strong advantage. Industry background is flexible.
  • Proven expertise in B2B/B2C brand building, channel co-marketing, and value-based product marketing.
  • Fluent in English for professional daily use. fluent in Polish (as a key requirement for the Eastern Europe region). Proficiency in other Central & Eastern European languages (e.g., Czech, Romanian) is a significant plus.
  • Business-oriented mindset with a strong results-driven approach. Proactive, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Prior experience in the photovoltaic (PV) or related renewable energy industry is preferred.
