Groupe ONET recherche un alternant QHSE pour un contrat de formation en milieu naval, basé à Roscoff avec déplacements vers Cherbourg, Saint-Malo et Ouistreham.

Vous contribuerez à la mise en œuvre de la politique QHSE, soutiendrez les équipes, réaliserez des inspections et participerez à la sécurité des nouveaux employés.

Qualifications

• Études Bac+3 à Bac+5 en QHSE, Santé, Sécurité et Prévention (ou Lean).
• Rigueur, autonomie et esprit d’analyse.
• Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et communication.
• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (PowerPoint et Excel).
• Permis B souhaité et accès ZAR.

Responsabilités

• Déployer la politique QHSE et soutenir les équipes opérationnelles.
• Surveiller les activités QHSE et assurer la conformité.
• Suivre le système QHSE national et les certifications.
• Tracer les accidents et maladies professionnels.
• Aider les équipes à utiliser les EPI, outils et procédures.
• Participer à l’intégration sécurité des nouveaux embauchés.
• Réaliser des inspections et audits internes.
• Suivre les évolutions réglementaires et mettre à jour les profils sécurité.
• Contribuer à la communication et sensibilisation QHSE.
• Suivre les indicateurs QHSE et les plans d’action.

Description du poste

• Work-Study Program – QHSE Professional Training Contract (M/F)

Location: Position based in Roscoff (headquarters)
Occasional travel to the Cherbourg, Saint-Malo, and Ouistreham sites is also expected.

Reporting to the Naval Safety Training Operations Manager (OPFS) and the Northwest Regional Division, you will help implement the QHSE policy in accordance with internal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
You will work in a dynamic, multi-project environment serving a major client in the naval sector.

• Participate in the deployment of the QHSE policy and support operational teams
• Oversee QHSE activities in the field and ensure compliance with current requirements
• Contribute to the monitoring of the national QHSE system and certification processes (e.g., CEFRI)
• Tracking work-related accidents and illnesses
• Support teams in the use of protective equipment (PPE), tools and procedures
• Participate in the safety induction of new employees
• Conduct safety inspections and internal audits
• Monitor regulatory developments and update the Company Profiles related to Occupational Medicine
• Participate in safety communication and awareness campaigns
• Monitor QHSE metrics and the associated action plans

Your assets

Your profile:

• You are pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5—engineering school or university) with a specialization in QHSE, Health, Safety, and Prevention, and/or Operational Excellence (Lean)
• You are thorough, self-reliant, proactive, and have strong analytical skills
• You enjoy working as part of a team and are skilled at communicating effectively both verbally and in writing
• You have a good command of office automation tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ideally, you should have a Class B driver's license
• You are eligible for ZAR (Restricted Access Zone) access: no criminal record and no pending legal proceedings
