A leading company in home appliances is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for the Italian market to provide exceptional service to customers. You will assist with product use, troubleshooting, and warranty queries, while collaborating with internal teams in sunny Lisbon. Fluency in French and good command of English are required. This role offers a monthly base salary, bonuses, and a comprehensive relocation package.

Prestations

1,000/month base salary

100 performance bonus

2,000 welcome bonus

Qualifications

• Fluent in French with good command of English.
• Strong communication and empathy skills required.
• Customer service experience is advantageous.
