We are looking for French-speaking talents who want to build a career in Customer Operations & International Support while working in a diverse multicultural environment in Lisbon.

Position : Customer Support Representative

Location : Remote in Portugal

Market : French-Speaking

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms and calls
• Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds or incomplete services
• Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
• Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls
• Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback and support customer success
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
• Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
• Provide operational feedback and escalate cases when needed

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to 1000 gross per month plus performance & complexity bonus (14 salaries per year)
• Relocation Support (exceptional for candidates moving from abroad)
• Accommodation Option: Studio apartment in a company shared building for up to 12 months
• Rent: 280 / month, all utilities included (deducted from payslip)

Working Conditions

• 40 hours / week, 1 hour lunch break
• 22 vacation days per year
• If you work on a Portuguese public holiday you receive a compensation day
