Cross Border Talents is seeking multilingual Customer Support Representatives to join vibrant teams across Europe. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, delivering friendly, solution-focused service and helping customers relocate and settle in new destinations.

The role offers remote, hybrid, or on-site options with relocation support and welcome bonuses; you’ll work across Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, and more, using English plus an EU language.

Qualifications

• EU citizenship or valid work/residency permit for hiring countries
• Experience in customer support or contact center preferred
