- This Program is not a recruitment Program for an internship or job position. The Women@Dior & UNESCO Program is a mentoring Program that runs parallel to your studies.
- Applications for candidates are open from November 26th to December 31st, 2025 (11:59 pm, Paris Time).

A UNIQUE PROGRAM
Women@Dior & UNESCO is a unique international mentoring and education Program dedicated to young women, built on Maison Dior’s unique expertise of transmission and its community of motivated and inspiring Talents. Launched in 2017, the Program has now supported over 2,800 driven young women selected from a wide range of studies - from business to engineering, art and fashion, to hospitality, communication and international relations and more. To date, Mentees have spanned over 60+ countries and represent almost 90 nationalities.
Through our educational offerings, Mentees are guided by visionary leaders and esteemed guest speakers who delve into vital subjects such as gender parity and women’s leadership, that pave the way for responsible futures. Additionally, Mentees receive personalized support from their dedicated Dior Mentors, navigating the early stages of their professional journey and embarking on professional exploration. Each Mentee and Mentor dynamic is thoughtfully curated, leveraging an innovative approach that underscores compatibility and shared aspirations.
Partnership resonates at the Women@Dior & UNESCO Program, fostering meaningful connections and propelling our Mentees towards a future of boundless possibilities. Guided and nurtured by their Mentors, and in collaboration with fellow Mentees, this transformative experience culminates in the collective creation and realization of the “Dream for Change” project, aimed at fostering empowerment among young women.
Job Responsibilities
Discover The Pillars Of The Program
- MENTORSHIP: By joining the Program, you will be able to benefit from personalized support from a Dior Mentor and are invited to create a strong relationship with them to take the lead in defining your career and building your network. Each Mentee/Mentor duo shares a unique relationship and is matched through an innovative approach based on their compatibility (300 Dior Talents are mobilized each year).
- EDUCATION PLATFORM: The Women@Dior & UNESCO Education Platform is a dedicated space where Mentees follow the Program’s online courses. Designed to foster personal and professional growth, this platform empowers Mentees to thrive and excel in their journeys. Access +16 courses led by prestigious professors and exclusive guest speakers on the core values of the Program: Self‑Care & Self‑Awareness, Autonomy, Creativity, Inclusion & Sustainable Development.
- THE INSPIRING INTERVIEW SERIES: Mentees have access to an Inspiring Interview Series featuring prestigious leaders and friends of LVMH, Maison Dior and UNESCO, interviewed by leaders of the Maison Dior and Mentees themselves on various topics related to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- THE DREAM FOR CHANGE PROJECT: Following the online courses and inspiring interviews, Mentees participate in the “Dream for Change Project.” In small groups, Mentees create and develop a concrete project proposal that empowers women and girls and contributes to solving a real‑world challenge.
- SISTERHOOD: Women@Dior & UNESCO community stays active during the year through online and in‑person events and activities to foster connection and celebrate the power of sisterhood between Mentees.
- IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Note that to earn the Women@Dior & UNESCO certificate, participants must attend and engage in all pillars of the Program. This includes completing every course and related coursework, following the interview series, and actively contributing to both the Mentorship and Dream for Change project. Missing any component will result in ineligibility for the certificate and may lead to forfeiting your place in the Program. Please make sure you are fully able to commit before applying.

Profile
We Will Only Consider Applications From Women Who Are
- Currently enrolled full‑time in a higher education institution, under the age of 30 years old by the time of the application.
- Either undergraduate students in the final year of their degree or current postgraduate students (Master’s, PhD).
- From any area of study are welcome, as long as they demonstrate a strong interest in women’s empowerment and related issues.
- Proficient in written and spoken English (B2 or above), as it is the official language of the Program. This will ensure effective participation in Program activities, including mentorship, and project development.
- The Program is only open to applicants who have not previously participated in the Women@Dior & UNESCO Program.

- Has a clear understanding of how their project creates sustainable impact for women and girls beyond the Program’s duration.
Recruitment Steps
