GE Vernova is seeking a Wind Technician to support multiple wind sites within Hub ND2. The role requires travel to on-site locations, with responsibilities including maintenance, repair and diagnostics on turbine systems and coordination with site leadership to fulfill contract obligations.

Candidates should have wind technician experience or relevant certification, plus the ability to work rotating shifts and travel to various sites as assigned, while maintaining safety and documentation

Qualifications

• Wind Technician experience or completed Wind Certificate Program/Associate Degree in Energy.
• Passing a Technical Knowledge Assessment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Work with site & hub leadership to meet customer requirements and daily activities on GE wind turbine generators.
• Perform maintenance, repair or replacement of parts to correct malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on variable pitch & speed turbines.
• Assist in all site operations as directed by manager with minimal supervision and safety compliance.
• Document all work with computer-based service reporting procedures.
• Coordinate with GE’s remote operations center when needed.
