Job summary

Ouiflow is a no-code web agency that builds websites on Webflow. We seek a UI/UX Designer to join our creative team and support Ouiflow's growth.

You will lead discovery meetings, run UI/UX workshops, manage projects, create inbound content, and produce social posts, tutorial videos and mockups. A passion for the web, strong Adobe Suite skills, and curiosity for trends are essential. Remote work with Lille meetings; fixed-term contract, then permanent.

Qualifications

• Strong Adobe Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Design knowledge and awareness of current web trends.
• Creative and autonomous.

Ouiflow is a no-code web agency specializing in building websites on Webflow.

We work with companies of all sizes, from SMEs and startups to large groups (500+ employees), on redesigning their websites and setting up digital tools.

The role

As a UI / UX Designer, you will play a central role in Ouiflow's growth

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Discovery meetings to understand client needs
• Running creative and UI / UX workshops with clients
• Project follow-up and management
• Creating content for Ouiflow's inbound strategy
• social media posts (mainly LinkedIn and TikTok)
• tutorial videos on YouTube
• creating mockups

Your profile

Beyond skills, we are above all looking for someone who is passionate about the web and no-code tools. And above all, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and try new things. You won't be afraid to dig through YouTube tutorials to find answers to your questions.

Ideally, your profile meets the following criteria:

Terms

Location: Remote + meetings in Lille

Education level: Bachelor's / Master's degree (4 to 5 years of higher education)

Status: Fixed-term contract, then permanent

If a brief is a dead end, we tell the client before we start. Within the team, it's the same. We flag risks early, stand by our opinions, and say so when we don't know.

A beautiful website that doesn't generate results is a costly one. Every design, content and SEO choice serves the client's goals, and we track the results long after launch.

You talk directly with clients on Slack, with no middlemen. We run only a few projects at a time, to know each team well and take care of every deliverable.
