ASL Aviation Holdings is seeking a detail‑oriented part inspector for ASL Maintenance in Paris CDG. The role covers receiving batches of parts, inspecting content, and ensuring compliance with orders and regulations.

You will manage unserviceable parts, prepare repair shipments, and supply tooling and parts to technicians. Strong data entry, organization, and teamwork are essential in this full‑time, 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Lower secondary school or higher education diploma.
• Knowledge of AMOS logistics module is an asset.
• Forklift operator certificate is an asset.
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, MS365).
• Fluent in French with good written/spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect, and document batches of aircraft parts.
• Place unserviceable parts in quarantine and prepare shipments for repair.
• Supply tooling and parts to technicians and track returns.
• Organize shipments of serviceable/unserviceable parts per regulations.
• Handle hazardous products per regulatory requirements.
• Deliver parts to outstations and maintain stock records.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and enter data into the system.

Position

You Are In Charge Of

• Assist the inspector in receiving batches of aircraft parts, checking their contents and ensuring that delivery is in accordance with conditions and in compliance with the parts order.
• Assist the inspector in receiving unserviceable parts and allocate the correct location in the "unserviceable parts quarantine" area, setting up the necessary documents required for this purpose. Prepare shipment to the appropriate repair station in accordance with the approved request.
• Supply tooling or commercial items to technicians on request. Ensure that tooling supplied is returned and its condition recorded.
• Supply aircraft parts to technicians on request and ensure adequate and timely reporting of parts issued.
• Organize the shipment of parts (serviceable and unserviceable) as requested according to the rules and manage the appropriate documents in compliance with customs regulations.
• Receive, ship or store hazardous products in accordance with appropriate regulations.
• Deliver parts and materials to outstations when necessary.
• Report discrepancies and suggest solutions to problems encountered.
• Maintain a clean and tidy working environment at all times.
• Enter data on all parts into the computer system.
• Take physical inventory of stock.

Requirements

Essential Educational and / or Training Qualifications & Certificates

• Lower secondary school or higher education diploma.

Preferred Experience And Knowledge

• First experience in logistics is an asset.
• A forklift operator's certificate is an asset.
• Knowledge of AMOS computer system (Logistics module) is an asset.
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, MS365 suite).
• Fluent in French. Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Clean certificate of good conduct (required for work on airport sites).

Other information

Working Conditions: Full-time contract, shift work 24/7.

Salary range: According to the experience and skills of the candidate - Competitive package with insurances, in line with the aviation industry.
