Job Description

Provide exceptional food and beverage experience by ensuring guest satisfaction through attention to detail and proactive approach. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Collaborate effectively with a team to deliver exceptional dining experience and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and service quality.

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Reporting to the Outlet Supervisor, serve guests by displaying a pleasant manner and positive attitude.
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about menu items, specials, and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
  • Set up tables according to the resort standards and ensure the dining area is clean and organized
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
  • Communicate with guests to check on their feedback, proactively update Supervisor / Manager.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand and Maldives work experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in English and Dhivehi.
  • Experienced in handling Buffet Restaurants and A la carte and sound understanding on LQA standards.
  • Skilled in wine service, including wine pairing and recommendations to enhance the guest dining experience
  • Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
  • Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
