Finary is seeking a VP Growth to own growth end-to-end up to monetization and shape the product-led growth strategy across onboarding, activation, and conversion.

You will build a scalable growth engine, own the growth roadmap, and scale acquisition with a focus on product leverage. This is a remote-friendly role with onsite weeks in Paris every six weeks.

Qualifikationen

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Ops to turn growth strategy into shipped reality. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to our CEO, Mounir.

• Have held a Head of Growth, VP Growth, Head of Marketing with product ownership, or CMO role in a B2C startup

• Have owned product-led growth, not just acquisition

• Are a systems thinker who operates naturally in growth loops and funnels

• Are data-driven, with strong mastery of CAC, LTV, payback, and cohort analysis

• Combine strategic clarity with a hands-on execution mindset

• Know how to recruit, lead, and inspire top talent

• Bring an AI-first mindset to experimentation and productivity
