exponential AI is seeking a skilled Voice AI Engineer to design and implement advanced voice AI solutions, including speech recognition, NLP, and TTS functionalities. You will work with cross-functional teams to integrate these technologies into our applications and drive scalable, high-performance systems.

You'll refine ML models, optimize accuracy, and collaborate with UX/UI designers to create natural voice interactions.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in voice AI development, including speech recognition and NLP.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
Experience with voice AI platforms and frameworks (e.g., Google Dialogflow, Azure, Alexa).
Strong understanding of ML and DL for voice and language processing.
Familiarity with voice data processing, acoustic and language modeling.

Responsabilités

Design, develop, and implement voice AI solutions including speech recognition, NLU, and TTS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice AI into applications and platforms.
Develop and fine-tune ML models for voice recognition and dialogue management.
Optimize performance, accuracy, and scalability of voice AI systems.
Work with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless voice interactions.
Conduct research on latest voice AI tech and trends.
Troubleshoot and resolve voice AI issues.
Maintain technical documentation for voice AI solutions.
Participate in code reviews and mentor team members.
