Dolmen is seeking a Visual “Wizard”/CGI professional to transform the fitness industry at Decathlon Fitness Club. You will be responsible for producing high-quality static and animated assets across multiple tools.

The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and a passion for creating compelling imagery. This position allows for a hybrid work model; candidates must be fluent in French and enjoy a long-term career path.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a hybrid visual native capable of jumping between tools to produce high-fidelity static and animated assets.
3 to 5 years of experience, zero ego, and a killer portfolio required.

The Scope

• Craft next-level imagery using standard CGI tools (Blender, C4D) and advanced CAD optimization workflows.
• Deploy AI pragmatically: You’re genuinely curious and have already integrated AI into a fluid, efficient workflow.
• Bring a sharp eye: Strong product composition skills rooted in modern brand culture.
• Cross-pollinate: You draw inspiration from parallel industries like architecture and automotive.

The Profile

• Fluent in French (must) and English.
• Looking for a long-term professional path.
• Ready to base yourself up north near Lille (great beers, honestly).
• Optional: Able to survive an hour-long WOD or a 45-minute Reformer session.
