• Poursuite ou obtention d’un diplôme en Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Design ou domaine lié.
• Bonne communication et écoute.
• Sens esthétique développé et passion pour le luxe.
• Organisation avancée.
• Maîtrise du Français et de l’Anglais; langues supplémentaires appréciées.

Responsabilités

• Supporter le VM Manager et créer une expérience immersive dans nos magasins Loro Piana à Paris.
• Windows & Displays: déployer vitrines et aménagements selon les guidelines et thèmes saisonniers.
• Zoning & Rotations: planifier et mettre en œuvre le zoning et rotations produits en collaboration avec la direction du magasin.
• Maintenance visuelle: assurer l’affichage, la signalétique et les accessoires.
• Feedback & Reporting: remonter le feedback visuel au VM Manager et à l’équipe centrale.
• Sales Driving: stimuler les ventes via le merchandising visuel en collaboration avec le management du magasin.

Within the Loro Piana store, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to support the team in the daily management of visual merchandising activities and in providing a customer experience aligned with the brand’s values.

Within the Loro Piana store, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to support the team in the daily management of visual merchandising activities and in providing a customer experience aligned with the brand’s values. This internship represents a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the world of high-end retail, acquiring skills in the luxury sector. We are looking for an intern in our Paris Stores from September 2026 for four to six months internships.

Missions

The intern will support the VM Manager and help create an immersive experience for our customers in Loro Piana stores in Paris:

• Windows & Displays: Collaborate with the in-store VM team to install and deploy window displays and set‑ups align*ed with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
• Zoning & Rotations: Plan, prepare, and implement store VM zoning and product rotations in collaboration with Store Management.
• Visual Maintenance: Maintain the overall visual presentation of the store by arranging product displays, signage, and props.
• Feedback & Reporting: Share qualitative visual feedback after each rotation with the VM Manager and Central team.
• Sales Driving: Leverage visual merchandising to drive sales by actively engaging and collaborating with Store Management.

Profil

• Pursuing or holding a degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Design, or a related field
• Good communication and listening skills
• Strong aesthetic sense and passion for luxury goods
• Advanced organizational skills
• Fluent in French, good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
