Job summary

Pernod Ricard, the world’s No. 2 in wines & spirits, seeks a Visual Image Assistant Intern for six months in Paris at The Island, our central office near Saint-Lazare.

You’ll report to the Global Head of Creative Production and work with international markets to elevate the brand’s visual identity. The role covers image production, moodboard creation, AI-assisted references, guideline development, and asset management across photo and video projects, with a French–English language requirement

Qualifications

• Degree in visual arts or art direction with graphic design knowledge.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign; Illustrator a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in image production for brands and ensure seamless execution.
• Support project management for photo/video shoots from pre- to post-production.
• Create moodboards and reference images; edit images to match guidelines.
• Collaborate with agencies and creatives to incorporate feedback into visuals.
• Archive and share visual assets across internal networks.
