Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Visiting Associate in Paris, France, to assist clients with strategic challenges. You will analyze competitive landscapes, participate in client workshops, and provide strategic recommendations.
The ideal candidate is pursuing a master's degree, has some internship experience, and is fluent in both French and English. This role offers a collaborative environment with mentorship from experienced project leaders.

As a Visiting Associate, you will support our clients in France and abroad to help them design their strategic directions and solve their most complex challenges. You will be involved in the whole value chain of our projects within our teams.
Mentored by our project leaders on each project, you will also benefit of career monitoring from our HR teams (Talent Coordinator and Career Development Advisor) who will support you consistently through staffing and our various training programs tailored for interns and apprentices.

Our recruiting process involves three rounds of interviews including several formats: online test, oral case interview, and written case study (only for end‑of‑studies internship).
You will be interviewed by Project Leaders or Associate Directors, each possessing a minimum of 5 to 6 years of professional experience, and will be able to discover what it is like to work for BCG. A member of our recruiting team will guide you throughout the process and share detailed feedback. Please note that we recommend applying at least 5 months before your desired start date.
