Crossing Hurdles is seeking an AI Voice Evaluator to work remotely. The role involves participating in voice interactions with AI models, evaluating responses, and providing feedback to enhance AI systems for the Vietnamese language.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in Vietnamese and advanced proficiency in English, along with a background in AI-related tasks. This position offers flexible hours between 10 to 40 per week, with a compensation of $18 USD/hour.

Role Responsibilities

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform.
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during AI voice interactions.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses based on relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality.
• Provide objective ratings and feedback according to project guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks within established quality and productivity expectations.
• Support the improvement of Vietnamese language AI systems through voice-based AI evaluation.
• Maintain high-quality standards while working independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Standard-level fluency in Vietnamese.
• Fluent or advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and quality.
• Experience with AI-related tasks such as machine learning workflows, data collection, data evaluation, quality assurance, or data annotation is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a flexible remote work environment.
