YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support projects spanning graphic design, multimedia, UI/UX, and motion graphics. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide high-quality human feedback for AI training; prior paid human-data experience is required.

You will work remotely worldwide with flexible scheduling and use Figma, Canva, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve. The role emphasizes attention to detail, independent work, and timely delivery of high-quality results

Qualifications

• Graphic design proficiency across multiple media.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated content for quality and usability.
• Proven ability to annotate and provide feedback for AI training.
• Strong understanding of professional design standards.
• Fluent written and spoken English (B2 or higher).
• Ability to work independently and meet remote deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to workflows and tool usage.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Role Overview

micro1 is engaging Creative & Design Specialists to support a customer project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows.

You'll use your professional design expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated creative outputs and contribute high-quality human feedback for AI training. Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required. Experience only using AI tools to create content does not meet this requirement.

Scope of Work

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or related creative fields.
• Proficiency with relevant creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
• Strong understanding of professional creative workflows and quality standards.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• No formal degree required; practical creative experience is valued.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and readiness to begin promptly.
