Atmus Filtration Technologies Inc. in Bretagne, France is seeking a production operator to operate machines and production equipment safely to meet quality and productivity requirements in a manufacturing environment with direct guidance.

You will follow Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards, perform quality inspections, and work with peers to meet production goals while keeping a clean work area and engaging in training and process improvements.

• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Responsabilités

• Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE): Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards.
• Report any work-related injury, illness, incident or hazard and comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment and promote interdependence by looking out for one another.
• Correct hazards within your control and capabilities and recognize environmental impact to minimize negative effects.
• Engage in HSE Training and follow quality procedures; perform quality inspections and identify non-conforming material.
• Delivery: Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product to meet customer expectations and achieve production goals.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area, perform routine housekeeping and machine maintenance tasks.
• Work with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain equipment; communicate effectively with team and support groups.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and training to support business requirements.
