The role involves reviewing valuation models, memos, and pitch decks, with a focus on market sizing, competitive landscape, and KPI identification. Flexible hours, potential remote work, and ongoing engagement offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in VC, PE or related early-stage investing.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
• Experience analyzing startups across FinTech, BioTech, SaaS, Consumer Tech.
• Familiarity with PitchBook, Crunchbase and market research tools.
• Excellent qualitative and quantitative analysis with risk assessment.
• MBA or CFA is a plus but practical experience matters.

Responsabilités

• Review AI-generated startup valuation models for accuracy and methodology.
• Assess AI-drafted investment memos for market sizing, competitive landscape, and team evaluations.
• Validate AI analyses of pitch decks and financial projections from early-stage companies.
• Provide expert feedback on AI's KPIs and growth metrics across sectors.
• Refine AI's understanding of venture capital deal structures, term sheets, and cap table dynamics.
• Identify and correct any misinterpretations in AI's market trend or founder potential.
