10x Team is seeking a Freelance Venture Builder – AI Trainer to review and refine AI-generated outputs for venture building. Working 8–20 hours per week, you’ll apply your startup experience to shape AI recommendations and real-world scenarios.

This 100% remote role spans EU/UK projects, offering flexible, project-based work and the chance to influence how AI systems learn to support new ventures.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Venture Builder or entrepreneurship professional.
• Based in the EU or UK.
• Familiar with startup methodologies and go-to-market strategies.
• Analytical and detail-oriented; able to give clear, constructive feedback.
• Available for 8–20 hours/week and comfortable with remote, asynchronous collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to venture building, startup development, and innovation strategy.
• Evaluate the practicality and accuracy of AI recommendations for business models, go-to-market strategies, and scaling startups.
• Create and develop real-world scenarios and case studies based on your venture building experience.
• Generate variations on scenarios addressing fundraising, product-market fit, and business growth challenges.
• Identify gaps or risks in AI-generated suggestions, providing actionable, structured feedback.
• Guide AI systems to better understand, interpret, and apply entrepreneurial concepts and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to venture building, startup development, and innovation strategy

• Evaluate the practicality and accuracy of AI recommendations for business models, go-to-market strategies, and scaling startups

• Create and develop real-world scenarios and case studies based on your venture building experience

AI Lab work is often highly confidential as this exposes information of what an AI Lab is working on, and project requests are unpredictable. When an AI Lab request comes in, we often need to respond within 24 hours with suitable talent.

Matching depends on the specific needs of each AI Lab project and your niche expertise. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects when suitable opportunities arise.

This can happen within hours, but it may also take months, depending on the researchers at the AI labs and their project needs.
