Groupe PSA is seeking a Vehicle Configuration Leader in Sochaux, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and traceability of vehicle configuration data across the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in electrical architecture design and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering, manufacturing, and program management teams. Fluency in English is essential, with knowledge of another European language as a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in electrical architecture design or electrical engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical/electronic architecture design.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of another European language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain baseline configurations across the vehicle program.
• Review and validate engineering change requests (ECRs).
• Prepare configuration status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and risk assessments.
