RAISE is seeking a proactive analyst to participate in all steps of the investment process in Paris. You will meet startup teams, analyze decks, and assist in due diligence, term-sheet negotiations, and investment memoranda.

You will also monitor portfolio companies, conduct market research, and contribute to platform-building and process improvements. Fluency in French and English is required.

Responsabilités

• Sourcing deals and proactively identifying opportunities aligned with the investment thesis.
• Assist in due diligence & closing processes, including reference calls and market research.
• Monitor our portfolio and help start-ups scale with strategic support.
• Conduct deep market/watch research and present insights to the team.

Description du poste

You will participate in all steps of the investment process in support of the team :

Sourcing deals

You will proactively search for best opportunities in line with our investment thesis and assist the team in the pre-qualification process. As the first point of contact for entrepreneurs you will personally meet startup teams and analyze thousands of decks.

Assisting in due diligence & closing process

You will assess investment opportunities by performing reference calls, product and technical due diligence, competitive landscape research, market sizing, business plan modelling, term sheet negotiations and drafting of the investment memorandum.

Monitoring our portfolio

You will help our +25 companies scale from being an idea on a post-it to becoming a +$1b company by providing them with key strategic solutions concerning subjects including financial forecasting, product testing, market study and competition analysis.

Deep diving & market watch

Do in-depth research on specific subjects to be presented to the investment team regularly to stay on top of the VC market.

You are on last year of your Master's degree or césure and you have a at least a first meaningful professional experience.
