Wind is seeking a Venture Capital Analyst Intern to join our Paris team. You will help identify deeptech and climate tech startups across Europe, working closely with investors on sourcing, market research, due diligence, and portfolio support.

You're expected to contribute to investment memos, participate in investment committee discussions, and collaborate on internal projects while gaining exposure to the full investment process in a fast-paced VC environment.

Qualifications

• French language at daily level; fluent English; strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
• Comfort with breaking down complex topics and communicating clearly.

Responsabilités

• Sourcing and market research to map competitive landscapes in sectors of interest.
• Participate in dealflow, due diligence, and investment memos for internal recommendations.
• Support portfolio monitoring and internal projects, including ESG initiatives.
