Back Market is seeking a Content Design intern to craft UX copy for the customer journey in Paris. You’ll work with product managers, designers, researchers, and translators to deliver precise, user-centered content and learn our glossary, style guide, and tone of voice.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, participate in research, and contribute to a high-impact e-commerce platform focused on sustainable tech.

Qualifications

• Academic or bootcamp training in UX writing/content design.
• Strong writing and editorial skills for UI copy.
• Ability to work with glossaries and style guides.

Responsabilités

• Craft UX content for various parts of the Customer Journey UI.
• Collaborate with content designers to proofread and edit copy on deadlines.
• Coordinate with Localization to ensure 18-language adaptability.
• Contribute to user research and apply findings to copy improvements.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities to improve website/app messaging.
