datashake is seeking a Digital Strategy Consultant to drive US market expansion from our Paris headquarters. You will manage a portfolio of US-based clients remotely, running paid campaigns end-to-end and positioning datashake as a growth partner in a highly competitive market.

Collaborating with the Paris-based team, you will tailor strategies to US dynamics, manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and more, and report ROI with clear visuals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French; English used as primary working language for US clients.
• Hands-on experience with at least one paid platform (Google Ads or Meta Ads).
• Hybrid commercial/consulting mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Comfortable managing clients remotely across US time zones.
• Ability to present complex campaign data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Rigorous, proactive, autonomous, and highly organized in remote work settings.
• Excited about developing a new market from scratch.
• Experience or strong interest in the US digital advertising ecosystem.
• Prior experience at a digital agency or in a fast-paced startup.
• Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Looker Studio; experience with CRM/marketing automation.
• Familiarity with US business culture, B2B sales, and remote client management.

Responsabilités

• Analyze US client briefs and define digital acquisition strategies tailored to the American market.
• Manage paid campaigns remotely for US clients on Google Ads, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and more.
• Adapt communication and reporting to US business culture and time zones (EST/PST).
• Drive US business development from Paris: outreach, pitches, and growing the American client portfolio.
• Build strong remote client relationships through weekly video calls, daily communications, and quarterly reviews.
• Create data visualizations, performance dashboards, and clear ROI reporting aligned with US client expectations.
• Contribute to the US go-to-market strategy: positioning, pricing, local partnerships, and channel strategy.
• Allocate 20% of your time to a side project of your choice: BD, content, tooling, recruitment, etc.
