Homa is seeking a Creative Developer to work at the intersection of game development, creative production, and performance marketing. You will use Unity and C# to rapidly modify existing games, prototype gameplay ideas, and build tools that help the Creative team produce high-performing ads.

Your role includes prototyping new mechanics, building internal tools, and delivering multiple game variations to test hooks and visuals.

Qualifications

• Strong Unity and C# skills for modifying games.
• Experience in mobile game development and playable ads.
• Fast prototyping and iteration in a high-volume environment.

Responsabilités

• Modify and prototype gameplay in Unity: new mechanics, visuals, features, UI, cameras, and gameplay variations.
• Build tools for Creative teams: create flexible Unity apps and internal tools for video and playable-ad production.
• Produce rapid iterations: create multiple game variations to test hooks, mechanics, visuals, and player experiences.
• Own technical quality: debug, fix issues, optimize performance, and ensure features work reliably.
• Iterate from performance data: use ad results and learnings to improve creative concepts and gameplay.
• Contribute to ideation: participate in brainstorming and propose new gameplay, creative, and technical ideas.
• Explore new technologies: leverage AI and emerging tools to increase production speed and creativity.
