EIFFAGE CONSTRUCTION GRANDS PROJETS recherche un professionnel expérimenté pour participer aux études de prix et au pilotage technique et financier d’un projet. Vous travaillerez au sein des bureaux d’ingénierie internes et avec des partenaires externes (BIM, bureaux d’études, etc.).

Le poste demande une solide expérience en maîtrise d'œuvre et conduite de travaux, ainsi qu’un diplôme en génie civil ou équivalent. CDI à pourvoir immédiatement, rémunération selon expérience.

Qualifikationen

• Bac +3 à Bac +5 en génie civil, bâtiment, travaux publics, ingénierie ou équivalent.
• Expérience confirmée en maîtrise d'œuvre, conduite de travaux ou gestion de chantier.
• Expérience minimum de 3 ans comme Price studies officer.

Aufgaben

• Participer à la mise en œuvre des études de conception/ouvrage d’un projet.
• Établir une revue du contrat.
• Accompagner les acteurs internes et externes dans le processus de conception.
• Organiser les éléments financiers pour votre partie avec le département des études de prix.
• Préparer les pièces de soumission qui concernent votre périmètre avec vos responsables (phase appel d’offres).

Missions under the responsibility of your line manager

• Participate in the implementation of a project’s design/construction studies.
• Establish a contract review.
• Support internal and external players in the design process.
• Organize the financial elements for your part with the price studies department.
• Prepare the bid documents that concern you with your superiors (during the call for tenders phase).

Job requirements

Required level of education: 5 years’ higher education

Fields of study: Building – Civil engineering

Required professional experience: Minimum 3 years as a Price studies officer – “Works” professional experience appreciated

Job environment

Internal Engineering offices (structures, methods, energy, geotechnics) – Price studies – Commercial – SQE – Real estate

External Architects – Specialist engineering offices – Various service providers (BIM, bid marketing, etc.)

Expérience Formation

Bac +3 à Bac +5 en génie civil, bâtiment, travaux publics, ingénierie ou équivalent.

Expérience confirmée en maîtrise d'œuvre, conduite de travaux ou gestion de chantier.

Expérience sur des sites industriels ou sensibles appréciée.
