Bump in Paris seeks an ambitious Content Specialist to bring UK internet culture into our Paris office and drive growth in the UK market. You will own the UK content strategy, lead creators, and craft high-engagement TikToks and UGC ads.

Join a fast-moving team, collaborate with growth, distribution, and product, and test bold ideas to build Bump into a must-have app in the UK.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years making short-form content (brand, agency, influencer, or creator)
• Experience making content for ads (UGC especially)
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback
• Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the British creator landscape
• English language proficiency

• Lead all content + creator efforts for the UK market
• Make high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads
• Build and manage a pipeline of British creators
• Run influencer campaigns with top British creators and micro-influencers
• Collaborate with paid marketing to turn content into performance
• Jump on trends before they hit the For You Page
• Write briefs and give notes to external creators
• Collaborate daily in our Paris office with growth, distribution, and product
• Join brainstorms, test ideas fast, and shape the creative direction of Bump
• Support launches, events, and UK-focused activations

Role Overview

We're looking for an ambitious, growth-obsessed Content Specialist who basically thinks in TikToks. Someone who gets fired up by great content, knows whats trending before it trends, and wants to take Bump to #1 on the App Store in the UK (and keep it there).

You'll be the person bringing internet culture from the UK into the heart of our Paris office, creating content, leading creators, testing wild ideas, breaking things (in a good way), and helping us build Bump into a must-have app.

You are:

• A natural storyteller who knows exactly why one video flops and another takes off.
• Someone who spends more time on TikTok than you'd ever admit publicly.
• Comfortable giving creators feedback that actually makes their content better.
• Deeply tuned into British memes, humour, and online culture.
• Fluent in English and lived in the UK.
• Excited to work onsite in Paris, with a fast-moving team.
• Scrappy, energetic, experimental, you love trying 10 ideas to find the 1 that blows up, yet rigorous and detail oriented.

Requirements:

• Experience making content for ads (UGC especially).
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the British creator landscape.
• English language proficiency.
• Experience living in the UK.
• Must be willing to work in person in Paris.
