The Role

As a Sales Manager France you will be responsible for all sales activities at regional accounts, for all genders and categories of the UGG brand in France.

You will own the daily management of the accounts and to make sure all seasonal and yearly quantitative and qualitative objectives are met and aligned to the overall EMEA/country strategy. You are analytical and curious with a make-it-happen mindset.

Fluency in French and English is a requirement for this role.

Your Impact
  • Support the strategic plan for the market and manage the achievement of the country sales plan and key business goals
  • Develop and maintain productive, effective and professional relationships with all stakeholders
  • Develop and build strong strategic partnerships with our regional account base in France
  • Act as the main go-to person for all external & internal communication with the account base supported by the Head of Sales
  • Drive service excellence to both internal and external partners.
  • Manage the planning & allocation to ensure customer's needs are met.
  • Work with marketing team and the customer's marketing department to activate the brand strategy
  • Negotiate yearly contracts and monitor the funding budget in close contact with the Head of Sales
  • Measure & track success through KPI with aligned scorecards
  • Build a strong presence at the Paris office
