Forvia is seeking an experienced production leader in Nogent-sur-Vernisson to ensure alignment with production schedules and financial targets. You will lead the UAP team, drive cost control and productivity improvements, and foster a safe, collaborative work environment across the plant.

The role requires strong leadership, high autonomy, and fluency in English and French, with a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing operations or a production environment.
