A global transportation company is seeking a full-time Turnkey Validation, Testing and Acceptance Manager (VTA) located in Île-de-France, France. You will lead VTA activities for ongoing projects, managing teams and ensuring compliance with EHS standards. Ideal candidates should have an engineering degree, extensive knowledge in railway systems, and 8+ years of related experience. Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in VTA and T&C with emphasis on railway systems.
• Ability to apply Alstom processes and compliance standards.
• Excellent English communication skills, additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead VTA activities for projects under execution.
• Collaborate with tender and project teams.
• Ensure EHS standards are applied on projects.

Connaissances

Engineering degree

Knowledge of subsystems/products in Turnkey projects

Extensive rail environment knowledge

8+ years in VTA and T&C

Understanding of operation procedures

Good IT skills

Strong communication skills

Excellent English communication
