Qualifications

• Native or fluent Turkish (spoken and written)
• Strong proficiency in English (for internal team communication and training)

• Ability to maintain a professional mindset while reviewing diverse user-generated content
• Excellent attention to detail and sound decision-making capabilities
• Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for this position)

Responsabilités

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for social media users by reviewing and moderating user-generated content in Turkish
• Ensure compliance with platform community guidelines and safety policies to uphold the integrity of the digital ecosystem
• Identify emerging trends, patterns, and risks in social media interactions to support platform quality
• Provide high-quality linguistic feedback and cultural context to enhance automated moderation tools
• Engage with internal teams to resolve complex content escalations within the social media industry
• Participate in regular workshops focused on wellness and best practices for content moderation
• Maintain high accuracy and efficiency standards to meet team and individual KPIs
