About the job:

BCT LLC is seeking qualified candidates for a Training and Education Specialist for a new 7-year contract in Chantilly, VA – the award is contingent. The candidate must have an active TS/SCI and be willing to sit for a CI polygraph. Applicants without an active TS/SCI will not be given consideration. Work is onsite; no telework is authorized for this position.

Required Experience:

• Provide skills-based training to users of NRO and Mission Partner equipment, data processors, and software/hardware applications
• Recommend training requirements in the areas of NRO equipment and applications use and proficiency for military professional development centers and schools, operational units, and national agencies.
• Provide training using post-event data and product analysis for specific user issues when required.
• Provide training on applying NRO and related equipment, data, and applications to specific threats or regional issues.
• Provide users with updates on training products as required.
• Provide knowledge-based education to military, IC, civil, and national users of NRO data and derived intelligence products.
• Recommend education requirements in the areas of NRO systems capabilities and limitations for military professional development centers and schools, operations units and staffs, national agencies, and approved Allied military schools and units.
• Maintain expert knowledge of current and future NRO systems, including architectures, constellations, sensors, dissemination, exploitation, collections management, derived intelligence products, and support to operations.
• Operate and maintain a web based On-line, distance-learning program, to include content development, web design, multimedia design, instructional and training videos, graphic arts, data and network maintenance and management, instructional systems design and learning management system operation.

Desired Experience:

• PMP is desirable

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a qualified engineering or related field, plus 6-10 years of experience

Salary Range:

$155,000-170,000

The above salary range is a general guideline; however, BCT-LLC considers several factors when determining base salary offers, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's experience, education, and skills, and current market conditions.
