Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse, France, seeks a Quality Customer Line Manager to drive operational Quality performance for an aircraft zone. You will interface between Production, Engineering, Programs, and Suppliers to resolve non-conformities and lead your team to safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Lead a Quality team, manage cross-functional interfaces, and ensure compliance with manufacturing instructions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in production/industrial environment with proven team management skills.
• Solid knowledge of project management and operational quality processes.
• Ability to prioritize, make swift decisions in a dynamic environment, drive change, with strong analytical skills and rigor.
• Native or fluent French, and intermediate professional English (aeronautical English preferred).

Responsabilités

• Lead and empower the Quality team, driving professional growth and a positive social climate while ensuring safety compliance.
• Maintain close alignment with Production, Engineering, Programs, and Suppliers.
• Monitor team performance, enforce quality processes and manufacturing instructions, manage non-quality action plans.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement the new organization via the QMT project.
• Guarantee on-time aircraft delivery for your perimeter while upholding safety, quality, and cost targets.
