Amazon France Logistique SAS - A41 recherche un Technicien TIE pour assurer l'intégration et le support des solutions techniques dans les quais et systèmes autonomes. Vous prenez en charge les tickets, effectuez des vérifications et contribuez à la stabilité des opérations.

Le poste requiert une connaissance des systèmes Linux/Windows, une expérience hardware et la capacité à travailler avec des équipes multi-domaines. Localisation: Colombier-Saugnieu, France; CDI à temps plein.

Competenze

• Diplôme de niveau lycée ou équivalent.
• Expérience en architecture matérielle ou dépannage matériel.
• Connaissance Linux et/ou Windows, support système à grande échelle.
• Permis de conduire valide.
• 2 années d'expérience en matériel informatique, dépannage et réparation.

Mansioni

• Gérer et résoudre les tickets techniques dans les délais SLA.
• Comprendre les configurations Gatehouse et les dispositifs GH connectés au PC.
• Appliquer les SOP TIE et isoler les causes par tests itératifs.
• Gérer l'inventaire des équipements GH et émettre des commandes.
• Coopérer avec les équipes TIE Procurement, OTS, RME et RYA/Gate.
• Effectuer les vérifications de santé quotidiennes sur les sites RRG.
• Surveiller les métriques de performance des équipements (LPD, détection véhicule).
• Effectuer la maintenance préventive trimestrielle sur l'infrastructure RRG.
• Conduire des enquêtes approfondies sur les problèmes critiques.
• Documenter les résultats et actions correctives.
• Maintenir la précision des inventaires via audits.
• Servir de liaison avec les vendeurs et inspections post-intervention.
• Collaborer avec les équipes RYA et Gate sur les questions opérationnelles.
• Émettre des tickets avec descriptions et pièces justificatives.

Amazon’s EU Transportation Operations Management (TOM) Tech Integration and Execution team is looking for Technicians who want to create a best-in-class network and maintain sustainable yard systems within Amazon Transportation Services.

Amazon’s EU Transportation Operations Management (TOM) Tech Integration and Execution team is looking for Technicians who want to create a best-in-class network and maintain sustainable yard systems within Amazon Transportation Services. As a TIE(Technology Integration and Execution) Technician, you will use your knowledge and specialized skills to implement technical solutions and provide high quality support for computer and electronic hardware and, operating systems, and software used in TOM managed yards. You are able to determine when it is appropriate to deviate from a standard practice to accomplish the desired result. You can troubleshoot and solve straightforward problems that do not have defined SOPs.

Key job responsibilities

• Manage and resolve technical tickets within SLA timelines
• Comprehensively understand the Gatehouse PC configurations (hardware and software) and how 8-9 GH automation devices (per lane) are connected to the PC (their individual drivers, mac and IP address etc).
• Get a comprehensive understanding of all TIE SOPs that guide towards potential issues causing the problem. Technician has to use their developed knowledge to isolate the root cause by iterative testing of various variables in combination.
• Own and manage the inventory of all GH automation equipment, keeping log of items checked out and raise ticket for fresh orders.
• Coordinate with TIE Procurement, OTS, RME, and RYA/Gate teams
• Conduct daily health checks across all RRG sites and perform early fault detection
• Monitor equipment performance metrics (license plate detection, vehicle detection, audio quality)
• Perform quarterly preventive maintenance on RRG infrastructure
• Conduct deep-dive investigations for critical system performance issues
• Document findings, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and prevention recommendations
• Maintain inventory accuracy through weekly monitoring and audits
• Serve as primary liaison with vendors and conduct post-work inspections
• Collaborate with RYA and Gate teams on operational issues and dashboard accuracy
• Raise tickets with clear problem descriptions, impact assessments, and supporting documentation

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in computer architecture, or experience with general troubleshooting/debugging of hardware
• Experience with Linux and/or Windows Operating System support including in-depth understanding of one or both OSs, configuring, managing or troubleshooting systems at scale
• Valid and active driver's license
• - High school or equivalent diploma
• - 2+ years of computer hardware experience, including troubleshooting and repairing experience
• - 1+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
• -Driving license

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, computer science, machine learning, robotics, operations research, statistics, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field, or PhD
• Experience in managing and troublshooting network, or experience in technical support
• Bachelor's degree, or experience in professional or military settings
• Experience in technical support, or experience in networking administration and troubleshooting and experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
• - Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, computer science, machine learning, robotics, operations research, statistics, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field
• - 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience
• - 2+ years of professional or military experience
• - 2+ years of network troubleshooting and support experience
