IXO invites you to join our team to capture continuous, third-person views of real-world movement, indoors or outdoors, using compatible action or 360° cameras. Ensure the entire body stays in view with stable framing while following assigned activities.

You will organize files, check technical quality, and adhere to safety and privacy guidelines. Pay is $25 per approved video hour in USD; payment depends on accepted video duration, not labor time.

Your work at IXO

Capture continuous third-person views of real-world movement, showing both the activity and its changing surroundings. Tasks may cover indoor or outdoor movement, securely mounted vehicle navigation, or separately specified animal-view capture.

Camera and setup

Use an available compatible action or 360° camera with a field of view of at least 170° and resolution of at least 720p. Suitable examples include Insta360 X-series, DJI Osmo 360, GoPro MAX or equivalent equipment meeting those limits.

For person-centered tasks, place the camera above and behind the participant, angled downward and far enough away to keep the entire body in view throughout normal movement. Use a stable backpack/harness extension or another approved rigid rig. Handheld selfie sticks, chest or shoulder clips, and fixed tripods do not provide the required trailing viewpoint. A vehicle task requires a securely attached vehicle mount.

Pay and recording arrangements

IXO will confirm the exact activity, mounting configuration, participant permissions and acceptance criteria before recording. Do not record uninformed bystanders or private workplace material, and do not upload sensitive recordings through the application.

Pay is $25/approved video hour in USD. Payment is based on the duration of accepted video, not labor time. You need camera access, but you do not need to own the final mount before applying; its arrangement must be confirmed before capture.
