St-Barthélemy Foundation seeks a Massage Therapist at 50% to provide massage sessions based on residents' needs, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety while promoting autonomy.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, observe residents’ conditions, write follow-up notes, and contribute to summaries and development projects in a stimulating, natural work environment. Start date: 1 January 2027.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Therapeutic Massage or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of prior experience.
• Experience with intellectual disabilities and related disorders.
• Mastery of massage techniques for therapeutic and relaxing purposes.
• Ability to adapt to evolving needs.
• Work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Provide massage therapy sessions based on needs while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Promote autonomy and self-determination.
• Observe residents' general condition and health, sharing information as needed.
• Plan sessions considering various data and write follow-up notes.
• Participate in summaries and development projects.
• Collaborate with therapists and interdisciplinary networks for coherent follow-up.
• Perform administrative tasks related to the role.
