Qualifications

  • General railway and product knowledge.
  • EHS knowledge.
  • English at B2 proficiency.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Technical IS&T competences and a critical, analytical mindset.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive industrial engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, resilient, and collaborative teammates.

You’ll lead the deployment of global “métier” methods, tools, processes, and standards, making a significant impact on our testing and commissioning practices. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including other métiers, platforms, regions, and audits), coordinating the T&C network, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of establishing frameworks for processes and tools development, optimizing testing methodologies, and ensuring efficient knowledge transfer within the T&C community. Additionally, you will engage in performance measurement and reporting of critical KPIs.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Defining and deploying métier methods and standards
  • Coordinating the T&C network and supporting transversal initiatives
  • Driving change management and optimizing testing efficiency
  • Standardizing testing tools and capturing best practices
  • Building robust competency matrices and developing action plans
  • Engaging with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
  • Meet with teams abroad once a month (currently in Europe, and depending on ongoing topics, in the United States, India...)
