  • At least 4 years of field sales experience, ideally with an existing network in France.

BALDAN, a European leader in the beauty and aesthetic medical industry with over 280 representatives across Europe, is expanding into France. We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to lead our commercial development and drive growth in the French market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support local sales representatives, ensuring performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow BALDAN’s presence in France.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with beauty and medical clinics, pharmacies, wellness centers, dermatologists and dentists,
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to strengthen our position.
  • Monitor sales results and oversee post-sales service quality.
Requirements:
  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the beauty industry - particularly in medical aesthetics and aesthetic devices.
  • At least 4 years of field sales experience (an existing network in the French market is a plus).
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Independent, results-oriented, and open to remote work.
