Demartino Law seeks an Infrastructure as Code & Terraform Expert to join the IT department and lead the standardization of Terraform modules, state governance, and on-prem deployments.

You will design reusable modules, manage remote backends, implement security controls, and partner with squads to modernize infrastructure practices using GitOps and CI/CD workflows.

You will also coach teams, produce documentation, and contribute to an industrialized, reproducible platform across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Terraform: design and maintenance of reusable modules and multi-workspace environments.
• Governance: standards for repository structure, naming conventions, versioning, and module organization.
• Quality controls: validation, linting, code reviews, and Terraform pipelines.
• State management: remote backends, S3-compatible backends, state locking, security best practices.

Responsabilités

• Support squads implementing Terraform in an on-prem context with standardized modules and governance.
• Define and enforce Terraform project structures, naming conventions, and versioning strategies.
• Manage and optimize Terraform pipelines and state backends across environments.
• Interface Terraform with virtualization, networking, storage and security layers.
• Provide coaching, documentation, and knowledge transfer to teams.
