Legos is seeking a Telecom Engineer who will report to the Customer Journey Director and lead onboarding projects from contract signing to go-live, coordinating technical deployments (SIP Trunk, SMS) and customer testing sessions.

In the technical and partnerships teams, you will manage interconnection and MVNO access projects, arrange testing with partners, and serve as a reference for onboarding processes, number portability tracking, and telecom regulation implementation in Legos tools.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in telecommunications, networks, and systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English, spoken and written; German is a plus.
• Motivated, autonomous, rigorous, and versatile.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer onboarding projects from contract signing through to go-live.
• Carry out technical deployments (SIP Trunk, SMS).
• Organize and lead testing sessions with customers.
• Manage interconnection and MVNO access projects with partners and internal teams.
• Act as a reference for onboarding processes, tracking complex number portability requests, and telecom regulation implementation in Legos tools.
