As a member of the Professional Services Organization, you will collaborate with architects and engineers, gain deep domain knowledge, and contribute to deployments across diverse customer

Qualifications

• Master degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 0 to 1 year of post‑Master experience in a software related technical field.
• 0 to 1 year of experience programming in Java, J2EE, JavaScript, REST APIs.
• Experience with any RDBMS / SQL.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and resolve technical issues that arise post customer implementation involving supply chain software solutions.
• Develop high‑quality, client‑specific enhancements in a timely manner, including testing and post‑implementation support.
• Develop in‑depth knowledge of the Supply Chain and Omnichannel domains.
• Interact heavily with technical architects and engineers on the customer side to facilitate deployment of MA products.
• Provide technical expertise for projects of varying sizes and assist customers with data integration feeds.
