Sulzer Ensival Moret France SASU is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to install, calibrate, and repair pumps and rotating equipment at customer sites in France. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, provide on-site training, and contribute to safety and quality procedures.

The role requires strong mechanical and hydraulic skills, willingness to travel, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• BTS or DUT in industrial maintenance, mechanical, electromechanical or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Technician or maintenance of industrial equipment, preferably pumps or rotating machinery.
• Solid mechanical, hydraulic, and ideally electrical/automation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency with Office and ERP/GMAO software.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Autonomy, rigor, analytical mindset and sense of responsibility.
• Valid driving license (B).
• Willingness to travel frequently in France and occasionally internationally.
• Fluent French (written and spoken) with good technical English basics.

Responsabilités

• Install and commissioning of pumps, agitators and other Sulzer Ensival Moret equipment at client sites.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnostics and parts replacement.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment, identifying root causes and proposing durable solutions.
• Write detailed intervention reports (diagnostics, actions, parts used, recommendations).
• Advise and train customers on operation and maintenance of their equipment.
• Contribute to continuous product and service improvement by feeding back field information.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards and company/client procedures.
• Participate in on-call technical duty according to schedules.

En tant que Technicien Service, vous serez responsable de l'installation, de la maintenance, du dépannage et de la réparation des équipements Sulzer Ensival Moret chez nos clients en France et parfois à l'étranger, garantissant leur performance optimale et la satisfaction client.

Responsabilités du poste

• Réaliser l'installation et la mise en service des pompes, agitateurs et autres équipements Sulzer Ensival Moret sur les sites clients.
• Effectuer des opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective, y compris les diagnostics de pannes et les remplacements de pièces.
• Assurer le dépannage et la réparation des équipements complexes, en identifiant les causes profondes des problèmes et en proposant des solutions durables.
• Rédiger des rapports d'intervention détaillés (diagnostics, actions réalisées, pièces utilisées, recommandations).
• Conseiller et former les clients sur l'utilisation et la maintenance de leurs équipements.
• Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des produits et services en remontant les informations terrain.
• Respecter les normes de sécurité et les procédures de qualité de l'entreprise et des clients.
• Participer à l'astreinte technique selon les plannings établis.

Qualifications requises

• BTS ou DUT en maintenance industrielle, mécanique, électromécanique, ou formation équivalente.
• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Technicien Service ou de maintenance d'équipements industriels, idéalement dans le secteur des pompes ou des machines tournantes.
• Solides compétences en mécanique, hydraulique, et idéalement en électricité/automatisme.
• Capacité à lire et interpréter des schémas techniques et des plans.
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack Office, logiciels de GMAO/ERP).
• Excellentes compétences en communication et relationnel client.
• Autonomie, rigueur, esprit d'analyse et sens des responsabilités.
• Permis B valide indispensable.
• Disponibilité pour des déplacements fréquents en France et ponctuellement à l'international.
• Maîtrise du français (écrit et oral) et bonnes bases en anglais technique.
