Sibelco France SAS is seeking a Technicien QHSE to bring the Balaruc site back into compliance. You will act as on-site liaison to the Cluster Safety Manager for implementing the Group directives and aligning local practices with global standards.

You will monitor safety indicators, support the site in improving safety culture, report hazards and near-misses, participate in incident analyses, verify rule compliance on the ground, educate staff, draft safety procedures, and keep the site’s

Nous recherchons un/une Technicien(ne) QHS pour remettre en conformité notre site de Balaruc. Les missions :

• Relai sur le site de Balaruc de la Responsable sécurité du Cluster à implémentation des Directives Groupe
• Suivi des indicateurs sécurité
• Accompagnement du site dans l’amélioration de la Culture Sécurité
• Remontée et suivi des situations dangereuses et presqu’accident
• Participation à l’analyse des incidents/accidents
• Vérification sur le terrain de l’application des règles
• Sensibilisation du personnel
• Rédaction des procédures sécurité
• Mise à jour de la documentation qualité du site
