Prysmian is seeking a Maintenance Operator for its Charvieu plant. This role involves working a 3×8 shift, ensuring proper functioning of the machine park, and carrying out preventive actions. The ideal candidate will have a Bac+2 in industrial maintenance and a minimum of 5 years experience, primarily in mechanical maintenance.

Responsibilities include implementing modifications to improve production tools and maintaining up-to-date mechanical and electrical diagrams. Experience in plastic extrusion is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial environment.
• Preference for experience in plastic extrusion.

• Facilitate operation of the lines.
• Contribute to reducing waste rates and participating in increasing production capacity.
• Maintain up‑to‑date mechanical and electrical diagrams, report modifications if necessary, and guarantee compliance with production lines.
• Work in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic fields; main expertise will guide priorities.
• Weekend penalty to be expected.
